To-scale floor plan: Imperial Table Reception — Sovereign Ballroom at The Carrick Hotel & Convention Center — 108 at dinner, One 108′ imperial table
Drawing sheet exported from EventDiagram — border, graphic scale, schedule of quantities and title block, exactly as a customer’s client receives it.

Why it is laid out this way

  • Nine farm tables in one continuous run down the only 108′ band of this ballroom with nothing standing in it — between the column rows at 48′ and 72′.
  • The T-bay takes the band, so the head of the table faces a stage instead of a wall, and the dance floor sits between the two.
  • The floral runner, thirty-six candelabra and every taper carry a table-top elevation, so on the plan they read as the table's dressing rather than as furniture on the floor.
