Which one? Solo is one person. Pro is a small team. Business is the whole company, and it comes with a venue drawn for you. None of them cares how many venues you work in — if you run the building, the venue plans below are yours instead.
Only one event? An Event Pass is $24, paid once — every diagram in that event, with the full library, clean exports and 3D, for 90 days. Nothing renews. Start free and buy it from inside the event when you need a second diagram. Holding it at a venue that isn’t yours and want the venue’s floor plan drawn for you? Drawn for your event is $49, paid once: we draw the event space from the plan you send, and you plan your event in it for 90 days.

A standard setup is a base layout we draw in an event space we converted — banquet rounds, theater, classroom: the setups a venue sells most. The event-space limit is on adding spaces: back-of-house never counts, and a property that already has more keeps all of them. Lead capture — the optional email gate on a share link — is on every plan, Free included.

Pricing questions, answered
What do I actually get on Free?
One active, to-scale diagram at a time with the core library, share links, and a taste of the AI copilot. Archive a finished diagram and the slot frees up — you can restore it any time, nothing is ever deleted. It’s deliberately a taste, not a workspace; the real entry point is Solo at $9/month, which is less than most tools charge for a single export.
I only have one event. Do I need a subscription?
No. An Event Pass is $24, paid once, for one event: every diagram in it — the ceremony, the reception, the rain plan — with the full object library, clean exports and the 3D view, for 90 days. Nothing renews, and your workspace stays on Free. Start free, and buy the pass from inside your event when the second diagram asks for it.
Can you draw the venue for my one event?
Yes. Send us the venue’s floor plan and pick “I’m planning an event there.” Drawn for your event is $49, paid once: we draw the event spaces your event uses to scale, identical to the sheet you send, and you lay your event out in them, share them and walk them in 3D for 90 days, starting when the drawing lands. If you run the venue yourself, this isn’t for you — we convert a venue’s own event spaces free.
Do my collaborators need paid seats?
No — never. Viewers, commenters, and external collaborators are free on every plan, including Free. You pay for the controlled workspace, not for the people you invite. Diagrams are collaborative by nature; charging every reviewer breaks the very thing the tool is for.
What’s the AI copilot?
Type “rounds of 10 for 180 with a 24-foot dance floor and the buffet along the north wall” and watch the room lay itself out — then adjust anything by hand. It runs on Claude, the same AI many planners already use, working directly on your to-scale diagram. Free includes 3 messages a month to taste it; Solo includes 25; Pro 75; Business and Small Venue 150; Venue 300.
Is there an annual contract?
Monthly billing is always available on every plan — no 12-month commitment. Annual billing is optional and saves about two months. For comparison, Cvent Event Diagramming’s publicly listed paid plans ($49–$320/month as of August 2026) require a 12-month commitment.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time, on any plan — including Free. PDF, image, and data exports are never paywalled, and we put it in writing during migration: if we’re not better, you leave with everything.
I’m coming from Social Tables or Prismm. What’s the migration program?
Prismm stopped taking new events on August 26, 2026 and access ends June 2027. Our program: we import your existing floor plans free, you use Pro free through January 31, 2027 (no card, no contract), and venues that join before January 1, 2027 lock the Founding Venue rate — $119/property/mo, guaranteed 24 months. Export everything from Prismm now, even if you haven’t decided; our export checklist walks through it.
I’m a caterer (or a rental company, or an AV shop). Do I need a Venue plan?
No. Venue plans are for the people who operate the venue. You work at other people’s venues, so you buy a workspace plan: Solo for one person, Pro for up to three editors, Business for the whole company. Business is $149/month — unlimited editors, your own inventory, and one venue’s floor plans converted for you. Nothing on a workspace plan is metered by venue or event space, so draw every hall you cater in.
What counts as a property?
A real building with its own Google listing — a hotel, a conference center, a brewery. Each property takes the plan its size fits: Small Venue holds up to three event spaces, Venue up to ten, and a property with more than ten is a Large Venue, scoped in one call. A second building is a second property. An event space is one you actually book: back-of-house like a stage or a pre-function corridor doesn’t count, and neither do the airwall combinations we derive from a divisible ballroom. The limit applies to adding event spaces — a property that already has more keeps all of them.
Business and Venue are both $149. Which one do I want?
Choose Business if you work at lots of venues — it is per workspace, gives your whole company unlimited editors, and includes one property converted for you. Choose Venue if people hold events at your venue — it is per property, holds up to ten event spaces with up to five of them drawn by us, and adds a verified directory profile and guided onboarding. A smaller property with up to three event spaces is Small Venue at $49; more than ten event spaces, procurement or SSO is a Large Venue, scoped in one call.
What does Large Venue include?
Large Venue is for the property too big for the self-serve plans — a convention center, a major resort, a campus, anything with more than ten event spaces. It is scoped to the property in one call: everything in Venue, a defined migration package in place of the included conversion, a team scoped to your organization, a managed rollout and a defined service agreement, plus the requirements your organization needs agreed in writing — SSO or API access, for example. The price is custom and quoted in that call.
