Private Buyout — The Taproom

40 for a fortieth, with the 40′ tap bar left to do its own job.

The Ironworks · The Taproom · 62′ × 40′, 14′ ceiling

To-scale floor plan: Private Buyout — The Taproom at The Ironworks — 40 guests, Farm tables + rounds
Drawing sheet exported from EventDiagram — border, graphic scale, schedule of quantities and title block, exactly as a customer’s client receives it.

Why it is laid out this way

  • Nothing is set in front of the built-in bar — the stools stay on it and the party takes the 34′ of floor south of the two columns.
  • The rounds sit by the patio door because that is where people take a phone call, and putting the sit-down tables there instead empties them for the evening.
  • The DJ is in the corner furthest from the bar's own ceiling speakers, which is a real constraint in a taproom and invisible in a photograph.
