To-scale floor plan: Welcome Reception — Grand Foyer at The Peregrine Hotel & Conference Center — 250 standing, Standing reception
Drawing sheet exported from EventDiagram — border, graphic scale, schedule of quantities and title block, exactly as a customer’s client receives it.

Why it is laid out this way

  • The foyer’s two built-in bars anchor the room between the ballroom pairs; food is three double-sided islands clear of the colonnade.
  • Check-in sits just inside the lobby door, so the queue never crosses the flow to the ballroom.
  • Four ballroom pairs, two lobby pairs: eight door swings, all empty, so the room drains in minutes.
