Mandap Ceremony — Olive Grove Pavilion

468 chairs around a mandap, with a 12′ aisle the baraat can actually arrive down.

Marisol Estate · Olive Grove Pavilion · 150′ × 104′, open air

To-scale floor plan: Mandap Ceremony — Olive Grove Pavilion at Marisol Estate — 468 chairs, Two blocks, 12′ processional aisle
Drawing sheet exported from EventDiagram — border, graphic scale, schedule of quantities and title block, exactly as a customer’s client receives it.

Why it is laid out this way

  • A 12′ processional aisle rather than 6′ — the baraat arrives down it with a dhol and a crowd, and 6′ turns a procession into a queue.
  • The mandap is set 14′ off the front row: close enough to see into the structure, far enough that the first rows are not looking straight up at it.
  • Delay speakers at the halfway point, because the back row is 90′ from the couple and one pair of mains does not carry a ceremony that far.
