Poster Session — Grand Foyer
24 poster boards in a 28′ foyer, with a 12′ aisle and 4′ of reading depth behind each.
The Peregrine Hotel & Conference Center · Grand Foyer · 150′ × 28′, 16′ ceiling

Why it is laid out this way
- A reader stands 4′ back from a board, so a run of posters needs eight feet of depth and nothing else — which is why a foyer beats a ballroom for this.
- Boards stop short of all four ballroom door pairs, so the pre-function keeps working as pre-function while the session runs.
- The centre run only occupies the stretch where the curved glass wall leaves 8′ of depth behind it; at the ends it does not, so there are no boards there.
