Prismm login: where to sign in after the move to Cvent

Prismm accounts now sign in at login.socialtables.com, using your Prismm account email. There is no prismm.com login page any more — the account moved to Cvent Event Diagramming, which runs on the old Social Tables login domain. That is the whole answer, and the reason it is confusing is that the door has a different name on it than the building you are trying to get into. I’m Daniel Pitner, Director of Sales at EventDiagram and twelve-plus years in the event industry; we are not affiliated with Prismm or Cvent, and this page exists because the question has a genuinely unclear answer and the dates published around it are mostly out of date. Everything below was checked against Cvent’s own resources page on September 16, 2026.

Where to sign in, step by step

1. Go to login.socialtables.com. This is Cvent Event Diagramming. Seeing “Social Tables” rather than “Prismm” is correct, not a wrong turn.
2. Use the email address on your Prismm account. Accounts were mapped across by email, so the address you used at Prismm is the address that works here.
3. If you have never signed in since the move, you are completing an activation rather than a login: Cvent redirected Prismm users to activate their Cvent Event Diagramming account from May 13, 2026, and activation required accepting Cvent’s terms.

Once you are in, the home page shows your existing Prismm events alongside anything new you create in Cvent Event Diagramming.

The dates almost every other page still gets wrong

This is the part worth reading carefully, because Cvent moved the timeline and most of the guides written about the shutdown — including, until this week, several of ours — still quote the superseded dates. Cvent’s resources page now says in as many words that it has “extended your transition runway.” Here is what it currently states:

If you have read that new events stop on October 1, 2026, or that the platform sunsets on December 31, 2026, both are out of date. The new-events cutover happened on August 26, and the sunset moved out to June 2027. We had the October date on this site too, and corrected every page on September 16, 2026 — it is a fair thing to hold us to, so we are saying it plainly rather than quietly editing.

What you will and will not see when you log in

Two limits catch people out on the first sign-in, and neither is a login problem:

• Only events dated January 1, 2022 and later appear. Cvent states this directly. If your room is an annual gala you have run since 2017, the early years are not in the new home page. That is the single best reason to export before June 2027 rather than after.
• Collaboration links and invites created in Prismm still work through the sunset, so a link you sent a client last season should still open.

For what does and does not survive the move in the diagrams themselves, we keep a separate Prismm export checklist — the short version is that the floor plans travel and the library you built around them largely does not.

If you cannot get in

• “No account found.” Almost always a second email address. Accounts mapped by the email on the Prismm account, which for venue teams is often a shared sales address rather than the individual who is trying to log in.
• You reach a Cvent page asking for an account code or a different product. Cvent is a large suite and several of its products share a sign-in surface. Event Diagramming is the one on login.socialtables.com.
• You are searching for “Prism” login and finding unrelated tools. There are several products called Prism. The event-diagramming one is Prismm, two Ms, and it is now inside Cvent.
• Nobody at your venue knows who activated it. Activation was a one-time acceptance of Cvent’s terms in May 2026. If it was never completed, this is a Cvent support question, not something a password reset will solve.

Cvent’s own migration page is the authority on all of this and is worth bookmarking: Cvent Event Diagramming resources . We cannot restore access to anyone’s account and we would be wary of any page that implies it can.

Was this an AllSeated account?

Then you are in the same queue. AllSeated became Prismm, and Prismm became part of Cvent, so an AllSeated login goes to the same place: login.socialtables.com, with the email the account was under. Where we obviously stand

We build EventDiagram, so read this accordingly: we would like you to look at us while you are reconsidering your floor-plan tool. But logging in is not that decision, and this page is not the place to make it. If Cvent Event Diagramming does what your venue needs, staying put is a perfectly good answer and costs you nothing.

The honest reason to look elsewhere is narrower than “Prismm is going away”: it is that you have until June 2027 to get your rooms out of a tool that will stop letting you edit them, and whatever you move to should be somewhere your floor plans are drawn to scale and can be handed to a client without a licence.
