Share with a client & collect approval
One link does the whole review cycle: the client views the plan in 2D and 3D, pins comments exactly where the questions are, and clicks Approve. They never need an account, and they never pay.
1 · Create the share link
From the diagram, open Share. Choose the permission — view, comment, or copy — and optionally flip on the email gate: viewers enter their name and email before the plan opens, so you know exactly who's looked (each one lands in your workspace as a captured lead). The link is a long unguessable token, excluded from search engines; rotate or revoke it any time.
2 · The client's view
They see the live plan — item counts, seat totals, and a View in 3D button that lets them walk the room from their browser. Comments are pinned to a spot on the plan (“can the bar move here?” means here), and you're notified as they land.
3 · Approval, stamped against a version
On paid plans the share page carries an Approve this layout button. When the client clicks it, the approval records their name and the exact version they approved — so “but I signed off on this” conversations end with a timestamp instead of an argument. You get notified the moment it happens.
