How do I export a floor plan as a PDF or image?

One click produces a PDF with a title block — venue, event space, event, date and counts — that stays readable at arm's length on a banquet floor. PNG export is there for proposals and BEOs.

One click produces a PDF with a title block — venue, event space, event, date and the item and seat counts — sized to stay readable at arm’s length on a banquet floor.

The PDF is the execution document. The share link is the approval document. They are not the same job.

Exporting

  1. Open the diagram.
  2. Click Export in the toolbar and pick a format.
  3. For a print-ready plan, choose PDF.
  4. For a proposal or a BEO, choose PNG and drop the image straight in. SVG is the vector version for design tools.

What the title block carries

The venue and event space, the event and its date, and the live counts. That matters because a printed plan on a banquet floor is worthless if nobody can tell which version it is or which space it belongs to — the single most common cause of a room set from the wrong sheet.

Watermarks

On the free plan, exports and rendered videos carry a small corner watermark. Every paid plan removes it.

Your branding

On Pro, Team and every venue plan, exports carry your workspace instead of ours: your logo in the PDF title block and in a strip under PNG and SVG exports, and your workspace name in place of the EventDiagram credit line. Upload the logo once under Settings → Workspace; there is nothing to switch on per diagram.
