Known limitations

• Horizons Ballroom: This plan is the hotel's own floor plan sheet: the drawing is what you see, and the walls, doors and airwalls are traced on its lines so seating, auto-fill and 3D work against the same shapes.
• Horizons Ballroom: Horizons divides on airwalls running both ways, four across and two along, into eleven salons. Choose any salons in a diagram and the plan shows that booking, with the airwalls between them open and the ones around them closed.
• Horizons Ballroom: The sheet is a schematic, not drawn salon by salon to scale. At its printed 120 x 100 ft, the salons the chart lists as 20 ft wide are drawn 18.6 to 22.4 ft, Salons 5 to 7 are drawn 39.5 ft wide, and the middle row is drawn 24.3 ft deep where the chart says 20 ft. Floor area and auto-fill follow the drawing; the capacity chart shows the hotel's own figures.
• Horizons Ballroom: The four cells of the middle row east of Salon 6 are not named on the hotel's sheet; we call them Center A to D, west to east. Whether they are booked on their own is a question for the hotel.
