Scale verification

• The floor plan is an Apple RoomPlan (LiDAR) scan the venue publishes itself, exported with its vector layer intact — walls, door swings and printed dimensions were read as geometry, not traced off an image.
• Check 1 — published areas: the traced main-room outline and back-room rectangle calibrate to 9.5831 and 9.5831 px/ft against the venue's published 1,016 sq ft and 209 sq ft (0.001% apart).
• Check 2 — printed wall dimensions: the plan's own 44' 8" main-room and 23' 0" back-room runs calibrate to 9.5828 and 9.5822 px/ft — within 0.01% of the area check.
• Check 3 — the drawing's scale bar (a 3' 3" / 1 m rule) reads 9.672 px/ft, 0.93% from the adopted 9.5831 px/ft. All five checks span 0.94%, inside the 3% gate.
• Reconstruction accuracy: the main-room outline computes to 1017 sq ft against the published 1,016 (0.1%), the back room to 209 against 209, and the restroom to 57 against 57.

Known limitations

• Ceiling height is not published and is not recoverable from the plan view — unknown.
• The plan shows no columns, stage, bar or other built features; the room reads as a clear open shell. The venue's own 3D scan agrees, but a scan can miss shallow built-ins.
• The room is not a rectangle: an 11' 2" x 15' 3" notch is taken out of one corner by the entry vestibule, so usable depth varies across the room. Width x depth alone will overstate it.
• Beyond the four-door wall is a three-sided entry area (about 14' 5" x 11' 2") that the scan leaves open on its fourth side, so it is not drawn as a room. The venue describes it as an entrance for a registration or ticketing table, not event space.
• The two 5' door leaves in that wall are drawn 5' 0" wide but labelled 4' 11" on the same sheet — a one-inch disagreement inside the source, captured at the drawn width.
• The four 2' 0" openings are drawn as narrow glazed pairs (two 1' leaves each) and appear as floor-height glazed units in the venue's 3D scan. Unusually narrow for doors; treat the leaf count as scanned rather than confirmed.
• Scanned geometry, not a surveyed as-built: RoomPlan captures to roughly an inch, and the plan's printed dimensions are rounded to the inch.
• The scene is rotated 90° from the venue's published sheet so the long axis reads as width (house convention). The room, its openings and its dimensions are unchanged.
